VPG technology based on vehicle ride comfort analysis and optimization

As people's living standards improve and the pace of life speeds up, the car has become an indispensable means of transport. In particular about the quality of life today, the car has become a comfort car, car key considerations when. Therefore, to improve vehicle ride comfort is of great significance. Study of a small bus with improved performance, were kind of vehicle ride comfort analysis and optimization. Course of the study using virtual proving ground (VPG) technology to build a prototype model of the front suspension, rear suspension model, tire model, etc., on this basis to create a simplified model of vehicle. Through prototype testing to verify the correctness of the model. And then the ride comfort of vehicle simulation, and evaluation of their ride, and analyzes the suspension parameters on the impact of vehicle ride comfort. Upon examination, like car ride is not satisfactory, therefore, to further optimize the use of Matlab functions to optimize the parameters of the suspension to improve vehicle ride comfort. VPG conducted by Pulse Road Ride and Simulation of random input to verify the model optimized to improve ride comfort. Finally, the optimization results were used to improve and smooth car-like test, the results show that the kind of vehicle ride comfort has been improved to some extent, achieved the combination of theory and practice.Completion of the study of the kind of vehicle ride comfort simulation and testing, and the kind of vehicle suspension parameters are optimized for the kind of vehicle improvements, improved ride comfort, to solve practical problems.
