Three-dimensional virtual reconstruction of CarSim and simulation of road

Vehicle Performance Simulation is an important part of vehicle development process, one of which road a vehicle simulation model is an important component. Accurate three-dimensional virtual road show whether the information on the actual road ride comfort, durability, accuracy of the results play an important role. Therefore, the three-dimensional virtual representation of road reconstruction and development in the automotive design process has a very important position. In this paper, 863 project "Reconstruction of Typical road surface spectral theory and its simulation research", carried out in the reconstruction of CarSim software method of three-dimensional virtual road, designed to provide simulated road conditions reflect the national road. This paper describes the road model and CarSim theoretical knowledge related to software architecture, at the conclusion of two-dimensional surface roughness generation method based on AR model in time domain using two-dimensional approach to two-dimensional surface roughness of the reconstruction, the actual acquisition one-dimensional surface roughness data after denoising filtered into a two-dimensional sheets. CarSim software studied the geometric coordinates of the road model, file organization, the use of the road MATALAB CarSim compiled files generated software.Using power spectrum estimation method, the virtual road surface generated the precision analysis, the results show that the correctness of the established virtual road.Built by combining virtual prototyping virtual road ride comfort for the simulation results further illustrate the correctness of the construction of the virtual road. We also use hybrid programming technique, which adopts the MCC method in VC compiler to call MATLAB, developed independently released corresponding to the formation of car road file analysis software application systems. Use of the application system can be easily collected by the actual surface data is required to file three-dimensional virtual road surface, the car provides the basis for simulation.

Key words: three-dimensional virtual road, CarSim, two-dimensional surface roughness, power spectral estimation, MCC
