PLC-based anti-slip system of the vehicle

With the rapid development of the national economy, an increasingly busy railway cargo transportation, so the safe transport of the railway is facing a more severe situation. For a long time, to prevent runaway vehicles, railway safety is a very important part. With the amount of work the railway station increases, the Stations of field runaway accident occurred the probability of vehicles will also rise, anti-running failure to take effective measures to major security incidents will occur, inflicting great economic losses. Anti-slip to the hair market is currently operating normally using the traditional system of iron shoes and hands-gate, its efficiency is not high and there is a big security risk. Although in recent years a number of new anti-slip devices continue to come out, but in practice there are still many shortcomings, the overall automation and intelligence level is not high. This paper to address these issues in order to railway stations and demand for anti-running background operation, anti-slip system of vehicle research. Sent from the field to the reality of work, developed in the Southwest Jiaotong University, Feng Mei ZT-1 type of parking control, based on structural optimization and upgrading of research and design of intelligent anti-slip control system. System uses Siemens S-300 series PLC, and through PROFINET / Industrial Ethernet between PLC, PLC and fast communication between the host computer to form an intelligent distributed control system, all of the issued shares of road games anti-slip device intelligent control, status monitoring and fault protection. Not only can enhance the anti-slip safety and reliability of operations, but also improve the efficiency of station operations. Anti-slip system, this paper will focus on integration into the electrical system 6502, and focus on anti-slip system, standardization, versatility, ease of application systems, to improve the railway station automation of operations of practical significance.
