Radial tire performance of multi-objective optimization

Important components of a vehicle's tires is mainly exposed in the working condition of the load cycle, the fatigue life depends mainly on the performance and tire wear, which is mutual restraint between the performance of. Since the 70s, finite element analysis technology as awareness of the mechanical properties of the tire structure a powerful tool, and is based on finite element analysis technology developed a range of tire design theory and methods, effectively improved the performance of the tire. In this paper, the nonlinear analysis software ABAQUS to 12.00R20 radial truck tire as the research object, the establishment of the stress and strain fields of finite element analysis model, conducted the analysis of static loading conditions, the use of tire load - subsidence, wide cross-section after filling and the outer perimeter of the finite element analysis of changes in test results on the research. Meanwhile, the rubber tire material parameters include steel cord material parameters and the parameters of the system's sensitivity analysis to find out the fatigue performance of the tires and wear properties of the material structure and parameters of the larger. To improve the fatigue performance and wear properties of tires as the optimization objective, finite element analysis, orthogonal experimental design, neural networks and evolutionary algorithms, modeling and optimization technology, a tire structural optimization methods. Structural materials and to optimize the tire, tire fatigue and wear properties are improved. In this paper, the multi-objective optimization method has a broad range of applications, the numerical fitting using neural networks, without specific optimization requirements for building mathematical models. Instead of using the finite element analysis of prototype testing, greatly reducing the number of actual test site, has obvious practical significance and application value. This optimization method can solve the problem of multiple objectives and multiple candidate solutions can give, is to solve multi-objective optimization problem tires is an effective method.
