ANSYS-based Floor type boring and milling machine dynamic performance analysis

Processing machine is the basic equipment. With the economic and technological development, modern manufacturing and processing performance of the machine have a higher efficiency requirements. Depends on the machining performance of the dynamic performance of machine tools, machine tool structure, the dynamic performance of machining accuracy, cutting efficiency, cutting the stability and reliability have a great impact, now it has become a measure of performance of the machine structure is good or bad important indicator. In this paper, Ka Long Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Deyang is produced TX6916 floor type boring and milling machine as the research object, the appearance of the existing corrugated parts processing, based on the finite element and experimental methods, floor type boring and milling machine TX6916 were Analysis of dynamic characteristics. This article includes the following: 1. Reference surface is equivalent to a combination of both kinetic models, floor type boring and milling machine with TX6916 actual situation, boring and milling machine to determine kinetic parameters of the equivalent junction. 2. In determining the equivalent machine with the Department of kinetic parameters, based on elasticity theory and finite element analysis of the basic theory, the use of ANSYS software in the linear spring - damper unit COMBIN14 established a finite element model of composite structure, and Machine to a modal analysis. 3. On the whole, modal test, the use of computing software MATLAB data were measured experimental modal analysis. Theoretical calculation of finite element results and experimental modal analysis results were compared to verify the accuracy of the finite element model. 4. In the model the right circumstances, the use of harmonic analysis, are boring and milling machine to the forced oscillation frequency range and avoid the frequency range to eliminate the processing of the surface ripples.

Key words: floor type boring and milling machine, finite element, modal analysis, harmonic analysis, forced vibration
