Hybrid MATLAB and VC-based programming Matching Vehicle Power and transmission

Along with social progress and development of the automobile industry, cars have entered the household, has greatly changed the way people live. However, due to the increase in car ownership, the negative more and more problems, such as traffic congestion, fuel consumption and emissions pollution. The theme of the world automobile industry is energy saving, emission reduction, environmental protection and in ensuring the basis of vehicle dynamic performance, as much as possible to reduce fuel consumption, reduce automobile emissions of pollution into the trend. This paper established a vehicle power and transmission system model, using the model of the vehicle maximum speed, acceleration, hill climbing performance, constant speed fuel consumption, fuel consumption and working conditions more drive power efficiency, capacity utilization and other vehicles power, fuel economy and performance indicators for integrated simulation. Through computer simulation of vehicle performance, vehicle dynamics and that fuel economy is good or bad, depending on the matching engine and transmission choices. Excellent performance of the engine can ensure adequate power output, but to ensure that cars with good power and economy, we must match the appropriate drive. Secondly, the study power, fuel economy and comprehensive performance evaluation based on the evaluation of power and transmission system proposed match the level of assessment indicators, which includes not only the car power, fuel economy and performance factors, including the car capacity utilization, drive power loss and other comprehensive performance factor. Using the indicators reflect not only quantitative transmission vehicle matching the degree of power and can also reflect the vehicle power performance and fuel economy level of play. By selecting different weights and the evaluation factors, and establishing the specific requirements of power and transmission system models match targets from a variety of engine, transmission options, the program quickly to find a reasonable match. Engine and transmission through the optimal design parameters to further improve the matching of vehicle power and drive system. This established a vehicle power transmission system optimal design model and to improve the power performance and fuel economy as the goal, to ensure that the basic dynamic and transmission ratio as the constraints, power and transmission parameters for optimal design. By optimizing the design, power and transmission system to achieve a better match for the automotive design and development, and provide possible ways to improve performance and reasonable basis. Finally, a domestic vehicle, for example, the power, fuel economy and comprehensive performance simulation and optimization of power and transmission matching, and further validate the proposed model for evaluation and optimization of the reliability and practicality.
