Trailer leaf spring suspension bracket balanced mechanical analysis

Balance of leaf spring trailer leaf spring suspension bracket is balanced suspension pieces and force the bearing parts, also leaf spring, axle and other parts of the installed base. Its strength, stiffness and fatigue life directly affect the life of the suspension, for ensuring the safety of driving trailer car has a very important role. Because of the design and manufacturing defects, in actual use sometimes suspension bracket cracking, deformation caused by excessive suspension movement interference and so on. In the design stage, through the use of virtual prototyping technology, simulation and analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the design to provide adequate information to ensure that the design of the stent to achieve design goals. Based on this starting point, this was the transformation of Zhenjiang City Foundation (CZ2007008) balance of leaf spring suspension on the mechanical characteristics of stent part of the study. This major work includes: 1. Establish a new balance of semi-trailer leaf spring suspension and balance of the support beam finite element model; application of ANSYS software from the static strength and stiffness analysis; through non-electrical measuring method of the half-power trailer leaf spring suspension front bracket on the balance of a specific point on the finite element static stress and verify the model and theoretical calculations are correct. 2. The main fatigue assessment of existing theories and methods are analyzed, summarized and compared. 3. Analysis of the semi-trailer leaf spring suspension of the support and balance balance beam modal properties and frequency response characteristics; obtained from the Simulink simulation software, trailer leaf spring suspension dynamic external load balancing. 4. According to the semi-trailer leaf spring balanced suspension and balance beam support the force in the braking condition, the dynamic loads and material SN curve, a semi-trailer leaf spring suspension of the support and balance balance beam fatigue analysis model predicted the stands and the balance beam fatigue life to find its weak links, trailer leaf spring balanced suspension safety evaluation and provide a basis for optimal design.
